Return, Refund & Cancellation policy

If the order has not been dispatched, you can cancel the order and request for a full refund. However, this might subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee.

 

If the order has been shipped already, within 14 days of order dispatching, you could request for a refund. Item not in original condition will have refund amount adjusted accordingly. This might subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee. You are responsible for returning the shipping to us.

With regard to all shipments, Sunroost Pty Ltd is not responsible for stolen or lost goods.
